We strictly adhere to established facts and guidelines while processing your requests, whether it’s a purchase or a refund request. Please note that we cannot honor refund requests if the alleged reason is inappropriate or does not align with the limitations set for the medicine. Due to our rigorous order estimation procedure and policy of only processing payments for orders with sufficient stock, the probability of such occurrences is exceedingly minimal.

Our Money Back Policy

  • The customer is entitled to a refund if there are any flaws, shortages, or errors with their order.
  • The refund request must be made within seven days of the customer receiving the item. The client must notify us and return the medication within this timeframe. Once the review is concluded, a decision will be made regarding the eligibility for a refund. If the conditions for a refund are met, the refund process will commence.

Important: Please note that we cannot be held liable for the loss of an order if the buyer provides incorrect information about the order or address. If the client’s medication has not arrived within the promised timeframe, they may request a refund after waiting for a set period of time. We maintain these procedures to consistently provide high-quality service.

If any issue arises during the refund process, for which we are not at fault, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. You may need to wait if the bank is involved, and we cannot assume responsibility in such cases. If you choose “cash on delivery” during checkout, your refund will still be credited to the bank account you specified during signup.
